Delphinium is one
plant that we cannot include any information about how we
use it, as it's use as an herb is one of very careful
research and consideration.
Growing it, on
the other hand, is a real treat.
With it's spires of beautiful flowers, sometimes reaching 2m
in height Delphinium creates a sense of majesty in the garden.
Delphinium seed
strikes easily and well and if planted in winter or early
spring, the plants will be ready to plant out in the garden
as the days warm up.
Division of
the rootstock may be necessary every two to three years.
