Welcome to Beautanicals.
Beautanicals is the botanically based business of
Mark and Pauline Beaumont.

Set in the Lockyer Valley, Queensland, Australia, all of the herbs for sale in any form are directly from the gardens that we have planted, initially to supply ourselves with the necessary food and medicine. All seed is harvested at it's correct time and, apart from those seeds that have a long life span or dormancy, we will only sell seed that is fresh from our last harvest.
Daytime phone contact can be made at 07 46976306 or
email us.

Our gardens are watered with the famous natural spring water filtered through the sandstone on which the village is built. We do not use any synthetic chemicals at all, and garden in a bio-dynamic, sustainable way as seems only natural.

How to use our site
We have tried to make our site as simple as possible to navigate but if there are any questions that we have not answered, please feel free to
contact us

Not all of our herbs are listed on site, so if there is something that you are after and it is not listed yet, please email us and if we do not have it we may be able to point you in the right direction. Some of the herbs we may only have in small quantities that have not qualified for listing yet.

If you wish to make a purchase, all of the products that are currently available are hyperlinked on the 'Opening page'. After you have filled your cart your order will be confirmed. We will post off your order at the best time to avoid the weekend 'stay over' at the Post Office, and contact you to advise when you can expect delivery.

As stated through the pages, we do not make any outrageous claims concerning the use of any of our herbs and remedies, other than our personal experience with them, directly. We have used advice, recipes and clinical data from any source available to us and pass on only that which we know has worked for us.

Our methods
Live plants are sent in tubestock pots, damp and fresh and are only posted Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest to avoid the 'over the weekend' blues.     With the exception of those seeds that need to be kept moist at all times our seeds are naturally dried and sorted and sent in paper or ziplock  packets.

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR STATE OR COUNTRY GOVERNMENTS TO ENSURE THAT THE PLANTS THAT YOU MAY WISH TO PURCHASE ARE NOT CLASSIFIED AS WEEDS OR PROHIBITED IN ANY WAY. We are aware of some restrictions and will not send seed, plant or plant material to those areas, but the legal situations are changing at such a rate that we must rely on you to do the responsible thing in your environment.
To the best of our knowledge neither Lycium chinense or Lycium barbarum are restricted in either Tasmania or Western Australia, but conditions of postage and or shipping may apply.

Live plants cannot be accepted into Tasmania  or Western Australia and dry seed only is permitted.
