Brassica hirta
White Mustard
Cruciferae
This is a slightly hairy annual with a
robust enzyme count.
It has a very high germination rate and it
grows quickly. The only slow part of the process is waiting
for the seed to mature.
Once crushed, the aroma of the seeds are
very sturdy, and it makes an extremely good 'every day'
mustard.
